I'm Darren Tinnelly — a qualified Personal Trainer (EQF Level 4) based in Ireland, with additional qualifications in Fitness Instruction, Group Instruction, Anatomy & Physiology, Training Theory and Nutrition. I believe fitness should work around your life, not the other way around.
My approach combines kettlebell and bodyweight training — minimal equipment, maximum adaptability. Sessions can be done from home, outdoors, or in a gym. Whatever your starting point, Almost Always is for you.
